Introduction

It was recently reported that one of the most crucial issues that organisations are facing now is Workplace Mental Health.  More than 300 million people suffer from depression and anxiety globally according to WHO.

Sad to say that, most organisation did not put much emphasis on addressing these issues that may cause low productivity, performance, office conflicts, communication breakdown and many more.
