Raymond has vast experience and understanding of different concepts in the hospitalities business, human resources, products retails and exclusive brand retails. Since 2013, Raymond had conducted more than 150 workshops consisting of more than 3500 participants in various fields. He has provided hard skill training mainly for all hospitality titles and soft skill training involve in self- development, supervisory training, and of course managing skills for management. He has worked with some of the tops companies around the world such as The Regent (A Four Season Hotel & Resort), Popular Books.Co, HPL Group, Berjaya Group, Generals Mills International,  Top Glove and Resort World Genting to conduct all level of training and developed in-house training programmed to suit company needs.


Raymond is a new era trainer who looks into fun and exciting approach his workshop.  And that keeps his participant wanting more in a relax and yet fun manner. This learning environment allows the participant to gain knowledge easily and enjoy themselves even more during the sharing session. He believes that his sharing is not finish after the training.
